In response to this week's topic of Place, I made this piece of work using the Oreo biscuit that I usually eat. I combined it with a place on the construction site and processed it with Photoshop.
By creating this project, I showed that “place” is not only a place. Instead, anything can be a place and can have its own story and meaning.
Similar work has been produced by Japanese miniature photographer Tatsuya Tanaka. He insists on creating a photograph of the miniature world every day and making it into a calendar, which continues to this day. In his miniature country, jeans are a light blue ocean, sushi is a slowly moving train, chocolate is a crisscross world, and potato chips are undulating mountains.
