Master Of Animation, Games & Interactivity

In response to this week's theme "Tinkering", I decided to create something that I have never done before in blender: actually animating a 3D model.

I created a simple winged creature that was inspired by Ian Hubert's moths using Blender. During the process of creating a single  moth, I played around with the particle emitter settings and thus became a swarm of moths. Throughout the process, I have no idea what was the intention of creating these swarm of moths and I realized that I need to give them a purpose. I decide to use these moths to tell a part of a story that these moths are the representation of our negative energy or stress. The more and darker they are swarming around you, the more negative energy you're carrying.

(Students are full of stress)

This concept was inspired by Final Fantasy XIV's protaginist Sin Eater: Idol of Darkness. The idol of darkness is a representation of a character's fear and confusion.
